On Sunday, the Surasak Fire Fighters were called to deal with a fire at a single-story house in Siriporn Villas 1, in Surasak, Sriracha. Neighbors saw smoke starting to billow out of the roof, and the house was locked from the outside.

2 Fire trucks were dispatched, and it took the fire fighters over half an hour to put out the fire. The owner Mr. Cha-loam Pen-derm-pan, aged 43, returned home to see his house was burning. The flames were finally put out, but the fire had even started to burn the next door neighbor’s home.

The estimated loss was about 100,000 baht, and the primary assumption was that the blaze was started by a Short Circuit, as many electric appliances were plugged into many sockets. Further investigations started immediately.

World Women's Condom Day 2012 - Pattaya People

Pattaya City Hall, in cooperation with Health and Opportunity Network or HON and the Department of Disease Control, from the Ministry of Public Health, held the 1st Pattaya Womens’ Condom Day 2012, to be in accord with the World’s Women’s Condom Day of 2012, which is observed every September 12th.

Mayor Ittipon led the officials and volunteers in allocating these condoms to the ladies, and educating the people and tourists on Walking Street. The distributions went on throughout the weekend, to let women know about these condoms designed for ladies. These condoms deserve more respect, as well as use, as they are only used 1 % of the time, while men’s condoms are employed at a 99% rate.

This activity also improved the choices and protection for the prostitutes, who risk exposure to HIV daily, and need better ways to protect themselves.

Adult News: Miserable in the Extreme...

New York's highest court is set to hear arguments on whether Nite Moves , a strip club in suburban Albany, deserves a state tax exemption similar to that for theater or ballet.

State tax officials say the club owes an 8% sales tax for admissions to the club and for so-called couch sales, where patrons pay for private lap dances, the Associated Press reports.

Nite Moves claims the dances are exempt under state tax law as live dramatic or musical arts performances, which applies to theater and ballet, the AP reports.

New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman's office argues in its briefs that some Nite Moves performers have no dance training and simple pick it up by watching. Such a dancer isn't engaged in a genuine choreographic dance performance when she removes her clothing, the brief says.

But Stephen Dick, the club's CFO, dismisses the notion that formal training should be any critera when its comes to entertainment.

Nightlife Reviews: Predatory...

X-Zone is located upstairs in the Covent Garden Complex on Soi 16. I stopped by at prime time to check on the bar now that Phil has moved onto Baby Dolls. The bar seemed to be doing quite nicely with: a fair spattering of customers; a particularly lively group in one of the bays; and most of the dancing points being occupied. The area with the large stage was pretty much deserted by customers though. There was some decent looking girls. And the dress code averages just one piece. For some reason the naughty table was lacking in custom. There were a few props at hand suggesting that the naughtiness continues when the demand arises. New manager John stopped by with a friendly greeting. There were some friendly service girls on hand too. All seemed well except for just one thing. The dancers were spread a bit thinly and there weren't enough girls left on hostess duty to share a drink with. Actually this is more or less a permanent characteristic of X-Zone so I have rarely stayed for more than a quick look. So I moved rapidly downstairs to the rather Good Club Relaxxx, where there were enough girls on hand to tempt to stay for the rest of the evening.
