Storm to Blame for Motorcycle Accident on Pratamnak Hill - Pattaya People

The Sawang Boriboon Rescue Team was notified that a motorcycle accident involving a foreign tourist had occurred on Sunday morning at Pratamnak Hill.  At the scene, the team came across the bike rider Frenchman Mr. Humbert aged 50, with a broken right ankle and minor scratches.  He stated that as he was going down the steep part of the hill heading to South Pattaya he suddenly ran over a pile of sand on the road, which caused him to lose control and slide to the curb. A report was made and he was sent to Pattaya Memorial Hospital for treatment.  The team believes the sand blew in due to the high winds and stormy weather that is going on throughout Pattaya and the Eastern Seaboard.  Please Drive Carefully.
