Bike Thief Breaks a Leg - Pattaya People

On Monday, the Sriracha Police chased a suspect seen driving a black 400 cc Honda VSX motorcycle, which was reported stolen a couple of nights before. There are not that many of this series of motorcycle around, so it was spotted easily by the police network. However, the suspect, who was wearing a soldier’s uniform, did not obey the police when he was signaled to stop for searching.

The police had to pursue him all around town, until he crashed into a sidewalk on Sukhumvit Road, inbound to Laem Chabang. The robber wound up with a broken leg, and had to surrender. The suspect was identified as Mr. Prasit See;arat, aged 43. He claimed to have been dismissed from the Royal Thai Navy 5 years ago, for theft, so he was sent for treatment to Sriracha’s Rehabilitation Hospital for therapy, before legal proceedings.

The police also found several additional criminal records for theft on Prasit, and this time, he has nowhere to run.
