Ten Drug Addicts Apprehended at Checkpoint - Pattaya People

 

On Saturday afternoon, the Pattaya Police under the lead of Pattaya Police Suppressing Inspector Pol. Lt. Wisanu Chaisuwan set a checkpoint in Soi Nokkao or Soi Aroy-jaang located off Sukhumvit Road, to prevent and suppress crimes and illegal activities. 10 people, 5 men and 5 women, were brought in for Drug Related crimes, as their urine tested positive for drug use by the police at the checkpoint.

The 10 offenders were brought to the Pattaya Police Station to wait for a 2nd test of their urine, at the hospital, before being charged. The addicts will undergo  legal proceedings and rehabilitation, and the drug dealers  will be sent for interrogation and prosecution.
