Guidelines for New Pattaya City Spokesman - Pattaya People

A total of 40 Pattaya City Councilors and media representatives paid a visit to Bangkok on Thursday morning as invited guests of the Government Spokesmen Department.  This was all part of an activity whereby a new Pattaya City Spokesman had been appointed to coordinate PR information about City Hall.  They were invited to Bangkok to a lecture on the work of Government spokespersons involving the Media in order to get a working guideline between the new spokesman at Pattaya City Hall and the media represented by the Journalist Association of Pattaya.
