On Wednesday morning, the Banglamung Police led by Deputy Traffic Inspector Pol. Sub lt. Wichai Anan-sab-ying set a checkpoint on the Railway Bypass cut in Khao Noi, to prevent and suppress crimes and drug trafficking in the area. The officers were following the policy given by Banglamung Police Superintendent Pol. Col. Somneuk Jangaid, to learn from a robbery by 4 men that happened at a gold shop in Rayong a day ago, which could easily happen in our area at anytime.
The results of the checkpoint were as usual, with many motorcycles impounded for lack of ownership documents, and many fined for traffic law violations.
